U2 music videos show a great range of fascinating and spectacular stunts performed and their song 'Beautiful' an example. They use special effects in order to try present a stunt on a airplane run whilst they perform by it taking off above them. This makes it spectacular and creates suspense for the audience who may consider it true or quite cool. I believe that Akerlund used this to show his hard-hitting, frenetic and often violent takes on the darker sides of humanity.
